Our village is comprised of 142 independent living units and 50 serviced apartments.

Spacious 1 and 2 bedroom independent living units, many with impressive water views. Some units feature a study which can be utilised as an additional bedroom.

Keppel Lodge houses our studio style serviced apartments.

A courtesy unit is available for letting by our resident's family and friends who may wish to holiday with us.

Boating enthusiasts can utilise our small marinas allowing them to moor their craft onsite. The marinas also provide a perfect spot for fishing or merely enjoying the scenery.
