Compton Gardens Retirement Community is our largest retirement village with 274 independent living units and 26 serviced apartments.

The independent living units are positioned into neighbourhoods, which fosters a true community spirit. Our residents have a strong sense of neighbourhood pride and camaraderie within the village itself.

Accommodation choices include studio and 1 bedroom apartments; 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villas.

A registered nurse is located onsite during business hours and a Senior First Aid trained person is onsite overnight and weekends. There is a 24 hour emergency call system in place so you can feel secure in the knowledge that if you require assistance it is not far away. A security patrol is also performed each night. These services give our residents and their families greater peace of mind.

Our own restaurant, Chauvel's, is located within the village, and is open seven days a week for morning tea and lunch as well as hosting dinners and special events each month. The restaurant also supplies our serviced apartment residents meals daily.

Residents are involved in the management and activities of the village through the Resident and Social Committees. Activities and outings are scheduled regularly.

Village facilities include 2 swimming pools (one heated), half tennis court, mini golf course, auditorium, onsite hairdresser, medical rooms, covered BBQ areas, billiards and craft rooms together with our own library and community computer with internet access.

Many of our residents are keen gardeners - which is evident by the many colourful gardens. The village's northern perimeter boasts a much sought after aspect, bordered by parklands and Cabbage Tree Creek.

Situated right next to the Aspley Hypermarket and linked via secure gates, Compton Gardens provides easy access to shopping facilities. Transport is easy with a council bus terminal located at the front gate.
