The Stroud Community Lodge is a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to providing quality residential care respite care and independent living accommodation.Located in the heart of Stroud the Lodge is positioned across from the community swimming pool and tennis courts with the main shopping area just a short walk away. The Stroud Community Lodge story began in 1985 at a meeting of the Stroud Lions Club where it was agreed the town needed a home for its aged and disabled. A committee emerged headed by John Bowen and set about turning an idea into a reality. In 1990 the Lodge opened its doors to twelve residents one staff member and a handful of dedicated volunteers. Extended in 1992 1995 2001 and 2010 today Stroud Lodge holds thirty one residential rooms and three self care units.Welcome to Stroud Community Lodge, Stroud NSW
Located in Cowper St, Stroud Community Lodge is renowned for its welcoming family-orientated atmosphere and dedicated staff. Stroud Community Lodge offers all levels of permanent and respite care in an environment that encourages independence and lifestyle choices to suit every individual.
