Aged Care Find welcomes Benetas Lovell House in Caulfield North, VIC 3161 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

Benetas Lovell House originally opened in 1960 and since become an integral part of the Caulfield community. It has outstanding care and beautiful accommodation. A close knit community of residents family members staff Lovell House continues to foster a fond place in the heart Beautiful heritage furniture and decor ensure this facility. All single rooms each have their own ensuite bathrooms. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture when they move in such as a favourite chest of drawers or armchair for reading. Benetas provides a bed. Phones can be connected at each resident’s expense and a shared internet hub is available in the common areas of the facility. As a not-for-profit Benetas is committed to providing accommodation to ensure Victorians have access to the services they need. Services can be charged by payment of a Maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or combination of both RAD and DAP as shown below. All prices listed are per person and are negotiable and we welcome supported residents
