Aged Care Find welcomes St Joseph's Village in Auburn, QLD 4412 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.
St Joseph's Village is a residential aged care facility located in Auburn, comprised of Self Care Apartments, Hostel Apartments and Community Aged Care Packages. The facility works collaboratively with St Joseph's Hospital and is a service of St Vincent's Health Network Sydney.
Due to an increase in people suffering from dementia, a new building for the Carinya Dementia Unit has been completed. This has expanded the number of dementia beds, creating a secure haven for members of our community.
A section of the Hostel, now known as “Bethanyâ€, has been refurbished to care for residents with complex health care needs, who would previously have been transferred to nursing homes, to remain at St Joseph's Village for a longer period of time, fulfilling their wishes and those of their families.
